Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to start a regional dry van driving career. Train one-on-one with a mentor, complete paid orientation, and progress to solo driving in an assigned truck with regional routes and no-touch freight.

During training, earn $850 per week. After going solo, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits start from day one with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k) and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and mentor training.
• Move into solo driving with assigned truck after training.
• Eastern regional dry van routes with no-touch freight.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available.
