Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks and transport containers between customer sites, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and landfills. You will deliver exceptional service while ensuring DOT compliance and safety standards.

Qualified candidates hold a valid CDL (Class A or B), a DOT Medical Card, and a clean MVR, with the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate Roll-Off truck following DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
• Transport waste and recycling materials to designated facilities.
• Secure loads and verify safe placement of containers.
• Complete routes efficiently and on schedule; communicate issues to management.
