Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-minded Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks and service construction sites, transfer stations, and landfills in the region. You will ensure loads are secured, follow DOT regulations, and maintain clean, safe equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires inspect and document routes, work outdoors in varying weather, and communicate effectively with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off truck per DOT and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at sites.
• Transport waste to disposal or recycling facilities and secure loads.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete DVIRs.
• Maintain accurate route documentation and use dispatch systems.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve issues.
