Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks and move containers among customer locations, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and landfills. You will ensure safe loading, unloading, and on-site maneuvering while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Roll-Off Operations: Safely operate a Roll-Off truck per DOT regulations and company policies.
• Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and complete required DVIRs and tickets.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and report incidents immediately.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Complete timesheets, route docs, and maintenance forms.
