Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Roll-Off Driver who safely operates a heavy-duty truck and is responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large containers to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities and customer locations. Roll-Off Drivers will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments while on industrial routes.

Qualifications

CDL is required and a valid driving record is essential.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Air brake endorsement and MA 1C Hoisting License preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate vehicle in compliance with safety rules and DOT/OSHA requirements.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document DVIRs.
Report unsafe conditions to Route Manager or Dispatch promptly.
Attend required trainings and meetings and support route efficiency.
Notify Route Manager of incidents, service interruptions, or hazards.
Prepare and submit customer tickets as required.
Position containers on customer properties ensuring lids/doors don’t block traffic.
Complete end-of-day documentation and route checkouts.
