Job summary

LRS is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to service customer accounts with roll-off containers and assist with recycling operations. The role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

You will operate trucks on local routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time service and route efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• Must possess a DOT medical card.
• Able to read and speak English well enough to understand directions and safety training.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide, replace and remove roll-off containers and dump materials at disposal sites or recycling centers.
• Complete work assignments in a safe and efficient manner to avoid damage and accidents.
• Operate vehicle in accordance with safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and document checks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain driver logs and end-of-day checkout documentation.
