Job summary

LRS in Indiana (New Whiteland) seeks a Roll-off Driver to service waste and recycling routes with a Class B CDL. You will operate a truck, load containers, and ensure safe, on-time disposal and transfer at facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, inspections, and clear communication with Dispatch and customers. Responsibilities include efficient route execution, daily log maintenance, and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Valid DOT medical card required.
• No DUI/OUI within the last 5 years.
• No license suspensions in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
• Must read and speak English well.
• Must pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver roll-off containers and compactors for customers.
• Complete work assignments safely and efficiently.
• Operate vehicle per safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR.
• Report unsafe conditions to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Maintain daily route documentation and communicate with customers.
