Job summary

LRS is a leading waste and recycling solutions provider serving communities across the United States. As a Roll-off Driver, you will service customer accounts, haul waste or recycling materials, and operate per safety rules to support reliable collection routes.

This full-time position requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and a clean driving record. You will work with dispatch and Route Manager to maintain logs, ensure safety, and deliver excellent customer service on daily local

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• Must have a valid DOT medical card.
• No DUI/OVI within the last 5 years (or 2 in 10).
• No license suspensions within the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers by delivering roll-off containers and completed pickups.
• Operates vehicle according to safety rules and applicable laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Keeps driver logs updated and communicates with Dispatch/Route Manager.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, issues, or safety hazards.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and end-of-day documentation.
