Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on assigned routes. The role includes overseeing route helpers, performing pre/post-trip inspections, and ensuring timely, courteous service to customers.

Employees follow DOT regulations, maintain clean trucks, and submit required reports. A strong safety mindset and effective communication with dispatch and customers are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established route and collects garbage/recyclables.
• Oversees helpers on route and performs DVIR daily in accordance with procedures.
• Keeps truck clean and conducts pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintains proper records and reports as required.
• Communicates with customers and dispatch to ensure timely service.
• Adheres to safety standards and DOT regulations.
