Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers to operate residential refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will supervise helpers on your route, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure safe, timely service to customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining truck cleanliness, complying with DOT/state rules, and providing friendly, efficient service while handling papers and route reports. Driver award program exists for qualifying drivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of operation.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to understand refuse collection policies and safety guidelines.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members in English.
• Observes and follows DOT and state requirements for commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established routes and collects garbage or recyclables.
• Provides courteous, expeditious customer service.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Maintains and cleans truck; reports issues.
• Maintains records and documents as required.
