Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Residential Front Load Driver in Ohio. The role involves servicing customer routes, operating a variety of trucks, and ensuring safe, efficient trash or recycling collection and disposal.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain route documentation, and interact with customers professionally. A valid Class B CDL and DOT medical card are required, with flexibility for shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a valid Class B CDL.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
• No DUI's or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
• Must be able to read and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely to provide trash or recycling removal services.
• Replace carts neatly at curb or designated area.
• Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and DVIR logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and route sheets.
