Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Residential Rear Load Driver to service customers with trash and recycling removal. You will operate various trucks, navigate routes, and perform pre/post trip inspections while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed, with the ability to travel between offices if required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand a map.
• Excellent truck driving and maneuvering skills are required.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers, safely and compliantly.
• Enter/exit the truck 300–500 times per day, depending on route.
• Move containers from enclosures or inside buildings as needed.
• Replace receptacles at curb or designated areas.
• Inspect and log routes and driver records.
