Job summary

Century Concrete Inc. is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver in Kansas to ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete to a variety of projects. You will operate modern mixer trucks in both industrial and residential settings, often independently, with team support behind you.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of driving experience, a valid CDL A or B, and ability to handle manual transmission without restrictions. DOT screenings and 18+ work age are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required with an active, clean record.
• Manual transmission experience required; no manual restriction (E).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
