Job summary

Century Concrete, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to safely and timely deliver concrete to a variety of projects. You’ll operate modern mixer trucks, mostly independently, with the backing of a supportive team and strong safety practices.

The role requires a CDL A or B, a clean driving record, and the ability to work up to six days a week including nights and weekends. Reliable communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record
• Manual Transmission experience required, No manual restriction (E)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy
