Job summary

CRH's Mid-Continent Concrete division in Oklahoma is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete safely to commercial and residential sites, operating modern mixer trucks and coordinating with customers.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, comply with DOT standards, and support the team while you work up to 6 days a week with overtime. Competitive pay starts at $22.75/hr, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy
