Job summary

Mid-Continent Concrete, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of concrete to various projects across Oklahoma. You will operate modern mixer trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain accurate delivery logs while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of truck driving, a valid CDL A/B, and a clean driving record. You should be comfortable with overtime, night and weekend shifts, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.
• Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
