Job summary

Fordyce Concrete Co., a CRH company, seeks a Ready-Mix Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of concrete to diverse projects in the Kansas City area. You will operate modern equipment, work independently, and join a team that values safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of CDL driving, and a valid CDL A or B with a clean record. OT may be required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience driving trucks of similar size.
• Valid CDL A or B license with a clean record; must drive manual transmission.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
