Job summary

Century Concrete, Inc., a CRH company, seeks a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete safely to a variety of projects and customers. You’ll operate modern mixer trucks, often working independently with team support backing you up.

This role requires a valid CDL A or B, 3+ years of heavy truck experience, and the ability to work up to six days with overtime. Century Concrete emphasizes safety, ongoing training, and professional conduct on every job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.
• Manual Transmission experience required, No manual restriction (E).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
