Job summary

Century Concrete, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete safely and on time to various projects. You’ll operate modern mixer trucks, often working independently while supporting a larger safety-first team.

Requirements include a valid CDL A or B, 3+ years of driving experience with similar equipment, and a clean driving record. Overtime and travel may be required, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license with clean record.
• Manual transmission experience required; no manual restriction (E).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
