Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL License.
• 3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of the Google Suite and CampusNexus.
• Knowledge of federal and state education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides services to students and academic advising to support retention and success.
• Oversees curriculum development/revision and implementation across program areas.
• Recruit, orient, and supervise Driver Trainers and ensure instructional quality.
• Lead weekly faculty meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain records of student interactions and monitor progress to identify at-risk students.
• Ensure program compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards.
