Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise and coach a tree maintenance crew on job sites in North Carolina. You will identify safety hazards, enforce OSHA standards, allocate tasks, and coordinate with the General Foreperson to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and knowledge of ANSI standards for tree care. CDL may be preferred, and a sign-on bonus is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience on tree trimming/clearing Crews.
• First-Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches crew on safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Allocates crew assignments and prioritizes work on the job site.
• Uses herbicide equipment to treat stumps and brush; maintains records of application.
