SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B), ensure accurate loads, and provide exceptional service while representing SRM at job sites.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at each job site with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
