SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites while maintaining top‑notch customer service. You will operate concrete mixer trucks with Class A/B CDL, stay compliant with safety standards, and be home daily after shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs and work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive, go-getter attitude.

Responsabilités

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and the team.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
