SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix safely and on time. You’ll act as the face of SRM on job sites, providing excellent service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record with a focus on safety.
• Customer service mindset and a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willing to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.
• Experience as a Mixer Operator is a plus, but newcomers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix safely.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service at job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols and company rules.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate routing with dispatch and plant teams.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
