Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete and provide outstanding customer service. You will operate concrete mixer trucks (Class A or B), load and inspect concrete, and maintain safety and quality on every delivery.

As the face of SRM at job sites, you’ll ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and uphold our service-first attitude. Prior mixer experience is preferred but motivated newcomers are welcome to learn and grow with SRM.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every site, representing SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols to protect you and others.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
