Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL drivers) to deliver ready-mix to commercial and residential sites, with home daily schedules and a safety‑first mindset. As the face of SRM at job sites, you will load, mix, and inspect concrete, provide excellent customer service, and comply with DOT/OSHA safety protocols while coordinating with dispatch.

Experience with Class A or B CDL is preferred; newcomers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service and professionalism on site.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Previous mixer/ready-mix delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete per specifications.
• Deliver excellent customer service at job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and timing.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
