Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete with a Class A or B CDL. You will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and exceptional service while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll join a safety‑driven team with local routes, home daily, and opportunities for growth. Competitive hourly pay, overtime after 8 hours, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or B with a current DOT Medical Card.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and dependable service.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete per specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and SRM safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties when required.
