Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will drive a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries with a service-first mindset.

You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, uphold safety standards, complete pre/post-trip checks, and work with dispatch to optimize routes. Join a growing team that values reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Strong safety record and commitment to safe driving.
• Excellent customer service and represent SRM’s values on every delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at each site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
