Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator (CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete safely and on time, representing SRM at every site. You will load, mix, inspect, and ensure quality while providing excellent customer service on each job.

You must hold a Class A or B CDL, maintain a DOT Medical Card, and be able to lift up to 100 lbs. This role offers home daily, overtime after 8 hours, and a pathway for advancement in a growing nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
