Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking Mixer Operators (CDL drivers) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM, ensuring on‑time, accurate deliveries with a service‑first attitude.

Role requires an active CDL (A or B), DOT medical card, and safe driving history. Expect local routes with home daily, no Sunday work, and opportunities for overtime, bonuses and annual raises. Join a growing national leader in ready mix concrete.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
