Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to join a nationwide leader in ready mix concrete. You will drive a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver to commercial and residential sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with a safety-first approach.

You will load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining records. Expect a team-focused, local-route role with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active CDL with current class (A or B).
• Safe driving history and commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
