Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (Ready Mix Truck Drivers) to deliver quality concrete to both commercial and residential sites. With a Class A or B CDL, you will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and upholding exceptional customer service.

You will load, mix, and inspect concrete, perform safety inspections, and maintain records while coordinating with dispatch. Our roles emphasize safety, teamwork, and reliability in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Customer service oriented and represents SRM’s values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a "Go-Getter" attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience as Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
