Job summary

Ross Education Holdings Inc. is seeking a CDL Trucking Instructor for an in-person role in Cedar Springs, MI. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with instruction across classroom, lot, and road environments using an established program.

Responsibilities include teaching to Ross curriculum, maintaining student records, and upholding core values. The role requires CDL A, MI instructor license eligibility, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of recent truck driving experience.
• Valid CDL A - no restrictions.
• Must be able to obtain a state of Michigan Driving Instructor License.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in all weather, with extended periods of standing and sitting.

Responsibilities

• Teach students using Ross curriculum.
• In-person classroom, on the lot, and on the road instruction.
• Maintain student records using current technology.
