Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Senior requires Class A or B CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsements within 60 days.
• Experience operating heavy equipment or farming background preferred.
• Commercial pesticide applicator license preferred.
• CDL with tanker endorsement and related restrictions may be required.
• Willingness to work on-call and respond to emergencies, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate highway maintenance equipment such as trucks, rollers, loaders, graders, and plows.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping for yards and structures.
• Patch roadways, repair signs, snow removal, and respond to emergencies.
• Train coworkers and participate in safety and operational procedures.
• Work in adverse weather conditions and traffic management environments.
