Job summary

You will perform daily checks, assist with traffic control, and participate in maintenance tasks to keep roadways reliable for travelers. This is a full-time on-site role with potential overtime during weather events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks, loaders and equipment for highway/bridge maintenance.
• Maintain CDL requirements and perform daily equipment checks.
• Assist with flagging duties to support safe traffic flow around work zones.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as cutting brush, repairing guiderails, digging ditches, cleaning culverts.
• Conduct minor repairs and service equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards with proper PPE.
