Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. in Sparta, Wisconsin is seeking a Front-End Driver to operate front-end trucks and service commercial and multi-family routes, transporting waste and recyclables to designated facilities.

You will interact with customers along the route and ensure timely, safe operations. Qualified candidates hold a valid CDL or CDL school certificate, pass safety requirements, and can perform daily vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL and drive experience.
• Ability to perform daily truck inspections.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong safety awareness and route adherence.
• Excellent customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-load or ancillary equipment on routes to collect waste.
• Open containers and dump loads at facilities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; submit vehicle reports.
• Maintain logs and respond to customer questions along routes.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
