Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a driver to operate frontload/ancillary equipment on designated routes in Wisconsin. You will perform routine inspections, interact with customers, and ensure safe handling of waste on every trip.

Qualified candidates have a valid CDL (or CDL school certificate) and at least one year of commercial truck driving experience. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL.
• Minimum of one year commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive requirements per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive frontload or ancillary equipment along designated routes to collect solid waste and take to post-collection facilities.
• Open containers and roll 3-4 yard cans into position for dumping.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle condition reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and the public along the route; report issues to management when needed.
• Maintain a logbook, route productivity sheet, and post-trip inspection reports as required.
