Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. in De Pere, WI is hiring a CDL‑licensed truck driver to operate frontload and ancillary equipment on designated routes. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, interact with customers, and maintain logs while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• CDL required with safe driving record.
• At least 1 year of commercial truck driving experience or CDL school.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
• Ability to operate truck and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive frontload or ancillary equipment along routes to collect waste and take to facilities.
• Open container enclosures; move 3-4 yard cans for dumping.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; submit vehicle reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and report issues to supervisor.
• Keep area around truck and dump site clean to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain and submit logs and route productivity sheets.
• Maneuver truck in tight spaces using mirrors.
• Use map and GPS to locate service addresses.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules at all times.
• Monitor for debris and ensure load safety during dumping.
