Zusammenfassung

GFL Industries is seeking a Front-End Driver to operate front-end trucks on residential and commercial routes, transporting waste to designated facilities. The role includes daily inspections, maintaining logs, and interacting with customers to address questions or requests.

Pay is $26/hour with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, Health Savings Account, parental leave, 401(k) with matching, disability coverages, and life insurance.

Qualifikationen

• CDL is required or CDL school certificate.
• Minimum of one year commercial truck driving experience or CDL school certification.
• Ability to meet safety sensitive function criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely operate the truck and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Drive front-end/ancillary equipment on designated routes to collect waste.
• Open container enclosures and position cans for dumping.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle condition reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and public and report issues to supervisor.
• Keep logs and productivity sheets up to date as required by law or policy.
• Maintain safety by following lockout/tagout procedures and safety standards.
• Follow all safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.
