Job summary

GFL Environmental in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Commercial Frontload Driver to safely operate frontload or ancillary waste collection equipment along multiple routes. You will interact with customers, perform routine inspections, and ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations.

Qualified candidates have a CDL, at least 21 years old, and at least one year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate.

Qualifications

Possess valid CDL.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
Must meet safety sensitive criteria.
Ability to safely drive and operate the truck.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial frontload or ancillary equipment on designated routes to collect solid waste-equipment and take to facilities.
Open container enclosures or gates to access cans; roll 3–4 yard cans for dumping as needed.
Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; submit vehicle condition reports.
Interact courteously with customers and the public; notify supervisor of issues.
Maintain DOT logbook and route productivity sheets; complete post-trip reports.
Maneuver truck in tight spaces using mirrors and back-up procedures.
Follow all safety policies and regulations.
