Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachments and perform pre-trip inspections. You will provide pick-up service for containers with waste or recyclables, maneuver containers in tight spaces, and transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities.

The role requires a CDL A or B with an air brake endorsement, be at least 21 years old, and pass pre-employment DOT screenings.

Qualifications

• Education: Not required.
• Experience: 1 year of CDL driving in the last 7 years.
• CDL with air brake endorsement and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in accordance with safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe situations to Route Manager or Dispatch immediately.
• Backs up with highly skilled maneuvering to pick up containers.
• Maintains route efficiency and ensures containers are properly placed and emptied.
