Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front load lift, handling containers weighing over 1,000 pounds. You will transport waste to disposal or recycling facilities while navigating congested roadways and performing precise backing maneuvers.

Responsibilities include safety-compliant vehicle operation, vehicle inspections, reporting incidents, and maintaining accurate end-of-day documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Not required.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Applicant must be 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• CDL with air brake endorsement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle per WIN Safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements and all laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR documentation.
• Reports unsafe situations to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends required training programs and meetings.
• Coordinates with Route Manager to improve route efficiency.
