Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachments. You will perform waste and recycling pick-ups, navigate traffic, and ensure containers are dumped and the site is left clean and debris-free.

CDL A or B with air brake endorsement is required, along with DOT pre-employment screenings. Outdoor, variable conditions, strong backing skills, and teamwork with Route Manager are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• 1 year of prior experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Reports unsafe situations to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends training programs and participates in meetings.
• Works with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, interruptions, or hazards.
• Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
• Positions and returns containers without blocking driveways or traffic.
