Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Front Load Driver to service commercial routes, operate a refuse truck, and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections. You will ensure safe handling of waste, maintain cleanliness, and interact professionally with customers on daily routes.

The role requires a Class A or B CDL and the ability to read and communicate in English. Training is provided; a driver award of $10,000 is mentioned in our recruitment materials.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Able to read and speak English well enough to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load Truck and empty containers into the truck using forks.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, mileage, log book and vehicle condition reports.
• Provide courteous customer service and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
