Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring Front Load Driver professionals to service commercial routes with focus on safety and customer service. The Front Load Driver operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining clean trucks.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid CDL Class A or B, be 21 or older, and understand DOT regulations. Strong communication in English with customers and dispatch is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or B.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Understand and follow refuse collection policies and DOT regulations.
• Must pass background and drug-screen per company policy.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load refuse truck on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep truck clean.
• Unload waste containers using equipment in cab and assist with loading as needed.
• Maintain route/productivity logs and records.
• Provide courteous customer service and report issues to supervisors.
