Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring a Front Load Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, load containers, and maintain vehicle cleanliness, while ensuring safety and efficient service to customers.

The role requires a valid Class A or B CDL, DOT awareness, and the ability to read and communicate in English. You will complete route logs, interact with customers, and support safe, reliable waste collection operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Understand Department of Transportation requirements for CMV operators.
• Hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial business by picking up Front Load Containers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and truck cleaning.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and log forms when required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues.
