Waste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers. Front Load Driver operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensures safe operation while delivering courteous customer service.

A $10,000 driver award is offered for qualifying drivers and performance benchmarks. Responsibilities include completing route sheets, maintaining records, and coordinating with customers to meet municipal goals.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B valid for the state of employment.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Understanding of DOT/state requirements for commercial drivers.
• Ability to speak/read English well.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-load refuse trucks on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and maintain records.
• Provide professional customer service and address issues.
• Maintain safety and report problems to supervision.
