Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Front-End Driver in Gainesville, FL to operate front-end trucks on multi-client routes for waste and recyclables collection. You will follow designated routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure safety and compliance throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive front-load or ancillary equipment on designated routes to collect waste and recyclables.
• Open containers and access gates; position cans for dumping.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and post-trip reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and the public; report issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness around the truck and work site; secure loads.
• Log route productivity and vehicle checks as required by law and policy.
