Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL.
• Minimum of one year commercial truck driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive functions criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end trucks along designated routes to collect solid waste and recyclables.
• Open containers and roll cans for dumping as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; submit vehicle condition reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and respond to requests; notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness around the truck and site after dumping.
• Maintain route logs and vehicle condition reports as required by law or policy.
• Use maps and GPS to locate service addresses; back up using mirrors.
• Follow safety standards and company policies on operation of the vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
