Waste Pro is seeking an energetic Front Load Driver for immediate openings in the Gulfport area. You will operate front load refuse trucks on pre-assigned routes, perform inspections, and ensure safe and efficient collection.

A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates hold a valid CDL and a clean driving record, with the ability to follow DOT requirements and write clear reports.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL Class A or B in the state of operation.
• Demonstrate a safe driving record and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ability to read and understand English for paperwork and instruction.
• Knowledge of refuse collection policies and route procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate front load refuse collection vehicles on assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance checks.
• Collect waste, load containers, and ensure safe unloading at disposal sites.
• Maintain accurate route logs, mileage, and company records.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate issues to supervisors.
